  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial enrolment for unused services
  • Partial refunds considered for medical emergencies or significant life changes
  • No refunds available after 30% completion of enrolled program materials
  • Refunds not applicable to one-on-one consultation sessions already conducted
  • Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded appropriately

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from approval date.

Payment Methods & Processing

Different payment methods have varying processing times and procedures. We work to make refunds as straightforward as possible regardless of how you paid.

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in account
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days depending on bank processing
  • International payments may take additional 2-3 business days
