- Full refund available within 14 days of initial enrolment for unused services
- Partial refunds considered for medical emergencies or significant life changes
- No refunds available after 30% completion of enrolled program materials
- Refunds not applicable to one-on-one consultation sessions already conducted
- Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded appropriately

We'll email you our decision with detailed explanation. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from approval date.

Different payment methods have varying processing times and procedures. We work to make refunds as straightforward as possible regardless of how you paid.
- Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in account
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days depending on bank processing
- International payments may take additional 2-3 business days
